Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns (digital and traditional).
• Manage social media accounts, create content, and schedule posts.
• Coordinate and assist in organizing marketing events, webinars, and product launches.
• Analyze and report on campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Maintain and update the company’s CRM system and email marketing databases.
• Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings and managing communications.
• Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to suggest new marketing strategies.
  
  

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing software (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Hootsuite).
• Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, and Google Analytics is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
