Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Team Members in our restaurant located in Langford. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. Duties:
- Take customer orders and process payments using the POS system
- Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and procedures
- Ensure food quality and presentation meet our standards
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including kitchen and dining areas
- Assist with stocking inventory and restocking supplies as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food handling environment is preferred
- Strong time management skills to ensure efficient service during peak hours
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating order totals
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate clearly with coworkers
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment and food preparation techniques is a plus
