Ganjika House is hiring! We are looking for part-time associates to add to our growing locations in Brampton.
The responsibilities of the Team Lead include:
Greeting and welcoming guests
Verify customer’s ID as well as all other required documents
Develop and maintain knowledge of store products and their qualities.
Educate guests on cannabis in a knowledgeable and expedient manner
Follow established policies for sales and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
Assisting with audits & inventory control
Support with completing all tasks and duties within the store architecture as assigned
Receiving, processing, and organizing product deliveries when needed
Adhere to all company training and operational standards and procedures (education, merchandising, cleanliness, security, checklists etc.)
Adhere to all legislative requirements of cannabis retailers, including federal, provincial, and municipal legislation
Operate with honesty and respect
Processing refunds and exchanges, resolving complaints
Must be able to effectively use the Point of Sale (POS) system.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store while following all security measures
Keep open communication with both management and coworkers to ensure proper handling of all issues and to ensure effective store operation and compliance with applicable rules and regulations
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: From $17.00 per hour
