Budtender (Part-time)

Ganjika House is hiring! We are looking for part-time associates to add to our growing locations in Brampton.

The responsibilities of the Team Lead include:

• Greeting and welcoming guests
• Verify customer’s ID as well as all other required documents
• Develop and maintain knowledge of store products and their qualities.
• Educate guests on cannabis in a knowledgeable and expedient manner
• Follow established policies for sales and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
• Assisting with audits & inventory control
• Support with completing all tasks and duties within the store architecture as assigned
• Receiving, processing, and organizing product deliveries when needed
• Adhere to all company training and operational standards and procedures (education, merchandising, cleanliness, security, checklists etc.)
• Adhere to all legislative requirements of cannabis retailers, including federal, provincial, and municipal legislation
• Operate with honesty and respect
• Processing refunds and exchanges, resolving complaints
• Must be able to effectively use the Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store while following all security measures
• Keep open communication with both management and coworkers to ensure proper handling of all issues and to ensure effective store operation and compliance with applicable rules and regulations

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: From $17.00 per hour

• Brampton, ON L6W 2E2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
