The successful applicant will be working in conjunction with our Superintendent, site foremen and project estimators and will be required to perform various tasks including but not limited to:

• Pre-tender in-field surveys to determine cut and fill volumes for civil projects
• Project pre-commencement layout
• Final topographic surveys of completed projects for as-built documentation
• Surveying of quarried aggregate stockpiles for annual reports
• Processing of survey data into points files for the project consultant
• Process project AutoCAD files for GPS/Data collector use
• Survey daily project installations (man holes, pipe, service laterals, catch basins, curb and gutter, asphalt roadway etc.

GPE utilizes Trimble survey equipment and software. We currently utilize a Trimble GPS along with a Robotic Total Station.

Salary: $17.00-$23.00 per hour
