Truck Driver - Class 1 Part-Time

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently to various locations In BC Interior. The Truck Driver will play a crucial role in ensuring timely deliveries while maintaining the integrity of the freight.

Duties

• Operate heavy trucks to transport freight to designated locations.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
• Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, mileage, and fuel consumption.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays.

Skills

• Proficient in commercial driving with a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Knowledge of freight handling procedures and safety regulations.

Details

Multiple Deliveries

May have to stay out in truck for 1-2 days in a week

Part time availability for 2-3 days in a week

Repetitive stores for delivery

Starts early morning
