The Custody, Supervision and Rehabilitation Services division within the Ministry of Corrections, Policing and Public Safety is seeking a talented individual with proven leadership skills for the position of Director, Operational Services with Community Corrections. This division is responsible for delivering correctional services and programs to adult and youth clients throughout the province.
Community Corrections develops and implements strategies and service delivery to achieve innovative and successful outcomes that address current challenges and create positive impacts for clients and citizens.

Typically, the knowledge and competencies for this position would be acquired through a graduate degree in human services or public/ business administration, along with experience and knowledge in Corrections as well as significant managerial experience.
