The Ministry of Agriculture has an exciting and challenging opportunity for a highly motivated, enthusiastic and self-confident individual with excellent client service, interpersonal and communication skills. This is a permanent, full-time position based in Moose Jaw, SK at the Agriculture Knowledge Centre (AKC), the Ministry of Agriculture's provincial call center.
In this position, you will be the first point of contact for farmers, ranchers and agri-business clients who are contacting the AKC by telephone or email. You will provide comprehensive information and support on a wide range of agricultural topics, programs and services. You will also have knowledge of the agriculture industry, current issues and terminology.
As a Resource Agent, you will:
Typically, this knowledge would be gained through the completion of a certificate in office management/administration and/or several years of experience in client service and the agriculture industry.

The salary for this position will be updated to $26.002 – $32.589 once the Class Plan Renewal process is completed and the HR system has been updated.
