Store Manager - Conception Bay South, NL

We are currently looking to hire a full-time Store Manager for our Conception Bay South, NL location. This is a full-time position with group benefits and paid vacation with a national retailer that continues to grow!

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for all operations within the store including but not limited to:

- Oversee daily store activities, including opening and closing

- Provide leadership and direction to store employees

- Complete all paperwork including sales reports

- Check off, price, manage store inventory, and place orders

- Work cash, stock shelves, unload trucks, and merchandise product

- Hire new employees and manage employee performance throughout the entire employee lifecycle, and conduct regular performance evaluations.

- Oversee the training of new employees on various store duties

-Other duties as assigned.

Managers are required to work one evening shift per week and four day shifts. You will also alternate working Saturdays with the Assistant Manager. You must also have a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $44,628.09 per year
