Class 5 Recycling Truck Driver

HIRING FULL-TIME PERMANENT CLASS 5 DRIVERS IN SOUTH VANCOUVER.

Hiring full time permanent Class 5 drivers to drive 1-3 tonne trucks throughout Greater Vancouver. 40-45hrs/week. Driver will be responsible for running route independently, up to 9hrs per day.

Required:

• You must be eligible to work in Canada, and must already reside in the lower mainland.
• Comfortable in English (written and spoken);
• Must pass a criminal background check
• Valid BC Driver’s license or equivalent (minimum Class 5) with airbrakes endorsement and safe driving record
• Must have commercial driving experience. Must be able to be at South Vancouver head office for 6am start times.
• Physical strength required; You must be comfortable lifting up to 50lbs.

Waste management and/or delivery driving experience – a huge asset!

Salary: $23.00-$27.00 per hour
