Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accounting Administrator. As an Accounting Administrator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring the smooth operation of our accounting department.
Responsibilities:
- Perform account reconciliation and bank reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial data
- Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies and resolve any issues
- Assist in budgeting process by providing financial data and analysis
- Support financial auditing processes by preparing necessary documentation and reports
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial information and provide support as needed
Skills:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Strong knowledge of finance principles and practices
- Proficiency in account reconciliation, bank reconciliation, and account analysis
- Experience in budgeting and financial auditing processes
- Familiarity with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and full cycle accounting
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial calculations
- Strong analytical skills to identify trends, patterns, and discrepancies in financial data
- Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office applications (e.g., Excel)
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members
