Your New Role

In this role, you will be reporting into the Operations Supervisor & Operations Manager. This is a mobile building operations role. Each portfolio will have two operators, you will be working with them and be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of a portfolio with properties in New West, Burnaby, North Van, Vancouver, and Richmond. The ideal candidate will have worked in a maintenance or building operations role on commercial or retail properties. You will take a customer service approach to tenant communication.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Experience working in a maintenance technician / building operator role on commercial properties.
• Experience being tenant facing.
• Knowledge & experience of Building Systems.
• Must be available for on call rotation.
• Valid BCDL and personal vehicle.
• Class 4 or 5 Power Engineer Certification is an asset.
