Our client leader in pharmacy sector is looking to onboard Talent Acquisition Specialist on contract basis for 3 months working on-site in Brampton location.

Key Responsibilities:
Create and execute comprehensive recruitment plans to attract top talent across various functions and levels.
Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for a large number of open positions, ensuring timely and efficient hiring.
Provide leadership, guidance, and support to a team of recruiters, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and create effective sourcing strategies.
Leverage applicant tracking systems (ATS), social media, job boards, and other recruitment tools to source and manage candidates.
Maintain compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Track and analyze key recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition.
Strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, proficiency in using ATS and other recruitment technologies, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Professional certifications such as PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP are preferred.
