Shared Health leads the planning and coordinates the integration of patient-centered clinical and preventive health services across Manitoba. The organization also delivers some province-wide health services and supports centralized administrative and business functions for Manitoba health organizations.
Working as a member of the Health Information Correspondence team and with leadership from the Director, Health Information Services and Privacy Officer, the incumbent is responsible for data entry of all requests for information into the Release of Information (ROI) system and release of information. As time permits provide clerical support to the Health Information Correspondents by copying or printing documents from patient health records, microfilm, Electronic Patient Record (EPR) Electronic Medical Record (EMR), and other automated systems, taking telephone messages, and processing patient records.
