As an Administrative Assistant in our busy tax office, you will play a support role in ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day administrative tasks during the April Tax Season surge in activity. Your responsibilities will revolve around providing support to the office staff and ensuring that administrative processes are executed efficiently. This temporary position requires a detail-oriented individual who is comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Client Support: Greet clients.
Document Management: Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems. Scanning documents.
Assistance with Tax Preparation: Provide administrative support such as: assembling tax returns, organizing documents, preparing client tax packages, and matching signed sheets with files.
Collaboration: Work closely with other administrative staff and tax professionals to maintain office efficiency.
Job Type: Fixed term contract Contract length: 1 month
Salary: $22.00-$23.50 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week

Monday to Friday
