Homes by Avi Group of Companies is seeking a motivated and highly collaborative individual to join our team as an Area Sales Manager. Homes by Avi has been building family homes since 1978, with home building divisions in Calgary, Edmonton, and Austin, Texas.
Area Sales Manager
You will work under the direction of the Sales Manager, selling our home designs while embracing our vision of building dream homes for our clients. You must be able to accurately and effortlessly explain our sales process through a high level of customer service/focus and a deep knowledge of the company, its products and what sets us apart in the market.

What You Will Do:
Cultivate strong client relationships, utilizing industry relationships and CRM software to achieve or exceed sales budget for designated areas
We deliver what we promise. Taking care to ensure all agreements are in writing, and consistent with Homes by Avi policies and pricing
Execute sales initiatives that respond to the market challenges and opportunities, and supports an overall brand image for the company
Develop and maintain strong repeat and referral business with customers
Ensure professional presentation of designated sales areas. Manage the show home and sales centre marketing, ensuring alignment with company's overall brand and marketing strategies
Provide exemplary customer experience, while being exceptionally well organized and detail oriented
Your Qualifications – The Must Have’s
5 years of professional sales experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Social media savvy, with experience using various platforms to market your brand
Ability to manage high priority/urgent requests, adapt to changing priorities
Self-motivator with strong organizational, intra-personal skills, and a great collaborator
Additional Skills – The Nice to Have’s
Knowledge of residential construction and the ability to interpret blueprints
