Administrator/Customer Service Wanted
Pay Rate : $16.50/HR , pay increases regularly depending on job performance.
Location: Stoney Creek
Days & Hours of Work: 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday. Must be available to start immediately.
Duration: Covering Maternity leave, possibly longer.
-Must have EXCELLENT Microsoft Excel skills.
-Answering and Directing phone calls / taking messages.
-Daily shipping and processing phone sales or walk-in sales
-Processing Website and online sales / updating the website details.
-Daily administrative duties e.g. paperwork, photocopying, filing, etc.
-Processing orders and creating invoices.
-Taking detailed messages / keeping daily log of tasks for other administrators.
-Knowledge in machinery would be a plus.
-Must have great communication skills.
-High computer skills.
-Working in a fast paced environment.
-Must be available to start immediately.
