Fabrication Shop Manager

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Fabrication Manager to oversee our manufacturing processes and ensure efficient production within our facility. The ideal candidate will have expertise in CNC fiber laser and brake operation, caliper usage, blueprint reading, power tool operation.

Duties:

- Manage and coordinate fabrication activities to meet production goals
- Supervise a team of fabricators and provide guidance on techniques and procedures
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Quote external fabrication requests
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity
- Collaborate with engineering teams to interpret blueprints and technical drawings

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a fabrication or manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in laser table and press brake operations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor team members
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations within a manufacturing setting

Pay: Up to $88,000.00 per year
