Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced IT Support Specialist who is looking for additional income on a casual basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing remote IT support to our clients, ensuring seamless operation and resolving any technical issues promptly. This role involves daily travel to site (Edmonton Area) as needed to support.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software
- Troubleshoot LAN and computer networking problems
- Assist with firewall configuration and maintenance
- Respond to IT support tickets promptly and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues
- Utilize remedy systems to track and document support activities
- VoIP phones systems

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in IT support, particularly in a client-facing role
• Strong troubleshooting skills for both hardware and software issues
• Experience with AD, G Suite, Cisco devices, and network management dashboards
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and third-party contractors.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Valid Drivers License and reliable vehicle.

Pay: Up to $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 – 10 per week
