Position Summary:
John Bear Buick GMC Ltd. is looking for a friendly, reliable and task oriented individual to join our team in St Catharine’s as a part-time Administrative Clerk/Receptionist. The incumbent will work Reception on Saturday's. This role also works alongside the Office Manager and the various department, a few hours a week, performing general administrative office duties such as data entry, printing, filing, photocopying, scanning, and document organization. The role requires a high level of attention to detail, prioritization and a strong focus on organization.
Schedule: Saturday's 9:00am-5:00pm (Reception); Monday to Friday (roughly 10 hours during the week as an Admin Clerk; flexible on start and end times)
Pay: $16.55 per hour
Responsibilities:
Reception - answering and re-directing phone calls
General administrative office work – filing, printing, scanning, data entry
Assisting in accounting
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
1 year administrative experience (preferred)
Familiarity with office related software
Strong computer skills
Solid communication and organizational skills
