3rd or 4th Year Plumbing Apprentice – Service Plumbing

Are you a 3rd or 4th year plumbing apprentice looking to grow your career in residential service plumbing? We’re looking for friendly, reliable, and experienced apprentices to join our expanding team!

This is a service plumbing position — not new construction. That means you'll be interacting directly with customers, providing solutions, and representing our company in the field.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Diagnosing and solving residential plumbing issues
• Performing rough-ins, fixture replacements, repipes, and general service plumbing
• Working independently and alongside licensed plumbers
• Communicating clearly with customers and offering solutions with professionalism
• Keeping your work area and vehicle clean and organized
• Managing your own jobs and day-to-day tasks with support from our dispatch and office team
  
  

Requirements

• 3rd or 4th year plumbing apprentice
• Experience in residential service plumbing (not just construction)
• G Class driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Clean criminal record
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Friendly, professional, and clean appearance
• Ability to work independently and make smart on-the-spot decisions
• Open availability, including occasional evenings and weekends
• Comfortable using apps/tablets for job tracking and invoicing
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
  
  

Nice To Have

• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
• Sales experience or the confidence to offer customers additional services when appropriate
• Gas license or cross-training in HVAC is a plus
• WSIB/Working at Heights or similar certifications
