Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Roofer/Laborer to join our team, to start Full-Time work immediately. The ideal candidate will have experience in roofing, be familiar with the required tools, and have the ability to perform heavy lifting.
As a Roofer/Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting in the construction and repair of roofs, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to high-quality standards.
Candidates must have their own reliable transportation.
Candidates must have valid Fall Arrest Training certification
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation, removal, and repair of roofs
- Perform heavy lifting and manual labor as required
- Follow safety guidelines and protocols at all times
- Use hand tools and power tools to complete tasks
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient project completion
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in roofing or a related field is required
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical labor
- Knowledge of roof construction techniques
- Familiarity with eaves/gutters/fascia/soffit
- Familiarity with blueprint reading is beneficial
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
