We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the overall operations and success of our business. Duties:
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow
- Train and develop team members to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales goals
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and pricing decisions
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to create and implement effective sales strategies
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a positive work environment
- Assist in budgeting and financial planning activities
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards
Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail management or related field
- Strong sales management skills with a proven track record of achieving targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively train, develop, and motivate team members
- Proficient in budgeting and financial analysis
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building strong customer relationships
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to make decisions confidently
