Summary:
KGS Research is seeking a Project Coordinator to effectively deliver market research projects in a way that consistently results in the highest level of customer satisfaction while maintaining the speed and accuracy required in a dynamic environment. Our Project Coordinators use our internal tools and processes to ensure all projects are executed successfully from start to finish. The Project Coordinator will work closely with various teams, ensuring effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle. The role requires an organized, detail-oriented individual who can successfully manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Maintains full project ownership in delivering (but not limited to) low to mid-complexity custom market research projects with a project duration typically between 48 hours - 72 hours.
- Ensures clients’ requests and needs are met.
- Builds a significant, professional working relationship with our clients, providing them guidance and advice related to KGS Research products and services.
- Ensures project task activities are completed through personal production, internal support teams (such as Survey Programming), and vendors (such as translators, etc.)

- Coordinates with clients to identify and define project requirements.
- Develops and maintains project plans, timelines, and schedules.
- Reviews and ensures project specifications are accurate.
- Ensures timely and accurate flow of information within the project team.
- Coordinates with team members to ensure projects are set up correctly.
- Ensures clients’ requests and needs are met.
- Obtains necessary materials (questionnaire, quotas, sample, and others)
- Monitors project progress and provides updates on projects’ performance.
- Identifies and handles any issues that arise during projects’ progress.
- Acts as a point of contact and responsive

Education and Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of Project Management or Team Lead responsibilities
- Experience in a customer service environment is strongly preferred.
- Post-secondary degree or diploma required.
- Demonstrable written and spoken communication skills to meet position duties.
Term of Employment
- Salary is $45,000 per annum, must be accessible via email after-hours and throughout the weekend.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Trello (or a similar project management software)
- Good communication skills, verbal and written.
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel)
