Job Summary: KGS Research, a forefront market research firm experiencing rapid expansion, is seeking a Survey Quality Control Coordinator. This role demands a professional with a meticulous eye for detail and an unwavering commitment to accuracy. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the integrity of our survey processes and ensuring client satisfaction through precise timing and thorough project documentation.
Responsibilities:
Accurately determine the Length of Interview (LOI) for client-provided surveys, facilitating meticulous scheduling and robust project planning.
Conduct thorough reviews of client surveys, annotating comprehensively to enhance project implementation and planning.
Manage all incoming emails with promptness and professionalism, ensuring responsive client service.
Record and update survey timings consistently, providing a clear timeline of project progress.
Develop detailed breakdown analyses to inform strategy and decision-making.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum experience of 1 year in Quality Control preferred (fresh graduates welcome).
Proficiency in Trello or similar project management software is an asset.
Fluent in English with exemplary verbal and written communication skills.
Flexible in adjusting to project demands, with availability for weekend work when necessary.
Exceptional ability to juggle multiple tasks and solve problems efficiently under pressure, emphasizing the importance of effective time management.
