KMS Tools & Equipment Ltd. is an industrial distributor of tools and equipment with 14 locations, an outside sales team covering many major parts of BC and Alberta. We are proudly Canadian owned and operated and are looking for highly motivated individuals that are passionate about working in the tool industry.

We are looking to fill a customer service representative position in our online sales division.

About this job:

Join our online sales order processing team on a seasonal basis and assist with processing web orders, web order management and assisting with customer order inquiries. This position is based in Abbotsford BC and is casual dress. Due to the demand during the holiday season, overtime may be required as directed. It is a full-time position, 5 days a week, one of which will be Saturday.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Providing exemplary service to online sales customers through email and phone correspondence.
  • Efficiently and accurately process all Web orders.
  • Facilitating a seamless return process for online customers.
  • Communicate with other stores regarding buy online, pick-up in store.
  • Assist with picking and shipping orders as needed.
  • Work hard to “get it done” and have fun doing so!

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
