4-Day Work Week - EXPERIENCED Landscape Sub-Foreman

At Lawn Care Plus, we believe the driving force behind our growth is the leadership of dedicated and skilled foremen and sub-formen. We are searching for an experienced sub-foreman to help guide our team and reinforce the reputation we have been building since 2007 as a leader in the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley landscape maintenance industry.

The most successful supervisors lead by example, are passionate about quality control, and enjoy fostering a positive work environment in all conditions.

Our must-haves for a sub-foreman include:

• Experience in the landscape maintenance industry is required (1 years minimum). This includes, but is not limited to, lawn mowing, lawn edging, hedge and tree pruning, gardening, leaf blowing, product application, etc.
• Driver's License (REQUIRED as you may be required to drive a company truck on occasion).
• Has a keen eye for the details related to the overall appearance of the property.
• Physically fit and able to do some heavy lifting.
• Hardworking - leading your team by example.
• Able to work in a team environment, and independently.
• Excited to work in ALL types of weather conditions (Sorry, the rain does not scare us away).

We work only 4-day work week (Tuesday - Friday), so you will have a 3-day weekend every week! Work days will be a little longer so you are still eligible for 40 hour of pay each week.

Wages for foremen range between $27.00 and $30.00 per hour based on experience and work ethic. Extended health benefits after six months probationary period, along with opportunities for obtaining a Red Seal Landscaping certificate.
