The Role
Data Analytics Instructor, you will play a crucial role in shaping the learning journey of our learners and clients. Your primary responsibilities will include delivering engaging training sessions, both virtually and in the classroom, to ensure a rich and immersive experience for every learner and catering to the unique needs of our diverse clients. Collaboration is at the heart of this role, as you will also actively support our sales team by contributing to client briefs, course outlines, and course developments.
Our Instructors are critical to business success by driving the completion of learner evaluations and identifying and referring opportunities for improvement.
Data Analytics Instructor, we're seeking individuals who are true experts in their field and who can be ambassadors for Learning Tree. Your extensive real-world experience in Data Analytics is essential to provide practical insights and valuable knowledge to our learners.
Demonstrable experience in Data Analytics or consultancy services or the following is highly desirable:

Master’s degree and other appropriate credentials, if applicable in Data Science, Computer Science, or Statistics is preferred.

A bachelor’s degree in data science is required.

Training experience required.
Technical Experience
-
Professional experience with Python and familiarity with Python libraries; Numpy, Pandas, Matplotlib, BeutifulSoup4

Professional experience with Excel

Knowledge and practical use of data analytics tools

Experience working with Tableau or knowledge of Tableau or similar products

Understanding of big data concepts

Strong ability to create a safe learning environment including empathy, trust, and non-judgmentalism

Excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver our course content effectively and engagingly are key as you work with our diverse learners, clients, and the internal teams at Learning Tree.
Self-motivation, resilience, and a positive mindset are essential traits for success in this role. Your business acumen, coupled with strong writing and presentation skills, will be crucial as you support our sales team in presenting our services to potential clients.
