We are looking for a mature, articulate individual who can take on the responsibility of Appointment Coordinator.
This position is strategic to the overall success of the dealership and therefore we require the highest level of customer service skills. The role is about communication skills and team work in working with our guests, technicians, parts team and transportation team.
Responsibilities
This is an exciting role in a fast paced environment so organizational skills are extremely important. Past experience in an automotive dealership setting is a definite asset. We offer a competitive salary plus bonus program and full benefit program.
One unique feature of this role is cross training in writing internal work orders and learning the service advisor process and will provide the skills to move into further roles within the service department.
