We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic experienced Assistant to join our team. As an Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our organization. Duties:
- Assist the lead teacher in creating and implementing lesson plans
- Provide classroom support by supervising children and ensuring their safety
- Assist with organizing and maintaining classroom materials and resources
- Help with mealtime routines, including preparing snacks and assisting with feeding
- Engage children in educational activities and play to promote their development
- Assist with diapering, toileting, and other personal care tasks as needed
- Assist with maintaining the cleanliness of the facility and other health related daily chore.
- Collaborate with parents and communicate updates on their child's progress
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a classroom or caregiving setting is preferred
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Ability to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in early childhood education is a required.
