We are a growing Electronics Contract Manufacturer with a customer base spread throughout North America, as well as Continental Europe. Our Edmonton production facility covers the entire contract electronics manufacturing process from product inception to completion.
The appropriate candidate will assume responsibility for:
- Customer Liaison. Receive, enter, process and verify the accuracy of orders from customers utilizing internal MRP system.
- Initiate required action for response to customer service requests for order changes, including the maintenance of order and customer information.
- Communicate these changes to the appropriate personnel / departments.
- Access the internal system to obtain and extract order information and provide customer service management with the data for inclusion in any new orders or changes to orders.
Preference will be given to experienced applicants with a previous background in Customer Service, with a knowledge of manufacturing and electronic components and experience with a computerized MRP system. This position demands a self-motivated, entrepreneurial individual possessing excellent communications and organizational skills.
