Sales Assistant *WORK FROM HOME IN WINNIPEG

You:

• have a minimum of one year of experience in a sales role involving both inbound and outbound sales
• have cold-calling experience
• exemplary customer service skills
• have the ability to build client relationships, secure business and maximize opportunities

• have a strong attention to detail and are highly organized
• have exceptional written and verbal communication skills

The Work:

• be a first point of contact for inbound client calls. Gain an understanding of client requirements & assist in converting inquiries into luxury hotel reservations
• explain our service and value to new clients
• assist sales consultants in managing inquiries through to reservations. Communicating with hotels when there are questions or client requirements to pass along
• expand overall Magellan client base through targeted sales initiatives
• promote and sell elevated membership program, allowing clients access to additional perks. Assisting with membership renewals
