You:
have a minimum of one year of experience in a sales role involving both inbound and outbound sales
have cold-calling experience
exemplary customer service skills
have the ability to build client relationships, secure business and maximize opportunities
are passionate about worldwide travel
are confident and self-motivated
ability to multi-task and work under pressure
have a strong attention to detail and are highly organized
have exceptional written and verbal communication skills

The Work:
be a first point of contact for inbound client calls. Gain an understanding of client requirements & assist in converting inquiries into luxury hotel reservations
explain our service and value to new clients
assist sales consultants in managing inquiries through to reservations. Communicating with hotels when there are questions or client requirements to pass along
expand overall Magellan client base through targeted sales initiatives
promote and sell elevated membership program, allowing clients access to additional perks. Assisting with membership renewals
Start date: approximately April 29, 2024
