Now Accepting Applications For the following Positions: Quality Assurance & Materials Administrator – Main Shop
Ideal Candidate must possess a combination of the following knowledge, skills, personal attributes, for this QA Administrator role. Wages to commensurate on experience and qualifications.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- API & ISO compliance: Assist in maintaining compliance with applicable API & ISO standards, ensuring all processes, documentation, and materials meet regulatory and customer requirements.
- Quality Management System: Demonstrate familiarity with quality management systems and best practices in manufacturing.
- Documentation Development: Support the creation and updating of procedures, work instructions, forms, inspection reports, material test reports and other documentation associated with the company’s certified management system.
- Audit Coordination: Assist in organizing and conducting internal, vendor and external audits to ensure compliance with applicable standards.
- Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to Sales, Purchasing, and Quality Control departments to clarify requirements related to customer, Internal, legal, API Q1, and API 6A.
- Technical Review: Ensure customer-specific materials and quality requirements are carefully reviewed, approved, and applied to company processes.
- Vendor Review: Assist the Purchasing department in assessing vendor services and materials for compliance with codes, quality standards, and customer requirements. Ensure certifications and documentation align with API, ISO, and company standards.

The position is in Wetaskiwin, Alberta, you must have reliable transportation to and from work.
Candidates must be willing and able to work our office hours; Minimum 39 hours/week
- 7:00am to 4:00pm Monday to Thursday
- 7:00am to 12:00pm (noon) Friday
