Job Posting for Part-time Physiotherapy Clinic Receptionist at Manotick PhysioWorks

Part-time (15-25hrs/week, Mon-Fri) physiotherapy clinic receptionist position, in a modern, physiotherapy/massage therapy clinic. We have been in the Manotick community for over 20 years; located in the Manotick Mews shopping plaza.

Clinic located in Manotick, only 10 minutes from Barrhaven, Riverside South, and Greely.

Position includes free parking, monthly team meetings, and a collaborative fun work environment!

We focus on sports, orthopedics, Women’s Health (including Pelvic Physiotherapy), massage therapy, and pedorthic custom orthotic consultations, inside of our renovated facility. We assess and treat general orthopedic conditions (neck, back, knees, post-surgery rehab, jaw pain, etc.), services include craniosacral therapy, Vestibular Rehab, Concussion Rehab, acupuncture, and dry needling.

Responsibilities include:

  • Client scheduling; processing client payments.
  • Customer service.
  • Minor online payment processing for Blue Cross clients (data entry).
  • Phone & email correspondence.
  • Administrative duties: scanning, faxing, photocopying.
  • Assist policy and program development for clinic processes (office forms, etc.).
  • Assist with marketing & advertising programs and development, including social media education.
  • Assist with clinic health & cleaning/safety procedures.
  • Assist with clinic laundry (all laundry done on site, by admin staff).
  • Electronic charting system (NO paper charts; only scanning/digital filing).

Must be:

  • Friendly
  • Energetic
  • Passion for client/customer care
  • Fast learner
  • Good multitasker - some shifts are busier, depending on # providers/clients.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (oral & written)
  • Experience using Word, Excel, Google sheets, Clinicmaster software programs an asset.
  • Experience working in hospitality and customer service industries is an asset.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
