Machine Operator

Massilly has been manufacturing metal packaging (lids) for the food industry for over 25 years. Our Production team is looking for Production Operators to work in our Lithography department (Printing and Coating).

You will be responsible for the continuous operation of the coating line as well as maintaining and troubleshooting the equipment.

Our facility runs three shifts - must be able to work all three

• Days ( 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m)
• Afternoons ( 3:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m)
• Nights ( 11:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m)

We will teach you to:

• Work with a variety of different coating and solvents
• Apply coating onto metal sheets
• Safely maintain equipment and troubleshoot mechanical issues
• Use basic hand tools to make adjustments

What we look for:

• Experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to lift 40 lbs and stand for the entire shift
• Experience working with chemicals is a plus
