Job Summary:
Serves as Tour Guide for the McMaster Nuclear Reactor. Follows established script when conducting tours.
Accountabilities:
Qualifications:
Education: Must be in second year of related Science or Engineering course minimum, post graduate and doctoral students preferred.
Experience: Previous work or academic experience in nuclear science. Experience or interest in science communication.
Assets:
State the skills and/or knowledge that a successful candidate would possess.
Knowledge of radiation and radiation interactions, reactor physics, and/or the nuclear industry.
Critical thinking and risk assessment skills.
Clear and effective verbal communication skills
