Department: Sales

Job Purpose

To ensure customer familiarization and satisfaction when taking delivery of new and used vehicles. (Primarily Toyota and Toyota Certified vehicle)

The acquisition of vehicles primarily through the service department.

Role

The support of the sales department, in order to enhance the overall customer experience through the delivery process and continued contact.

To provide the sales department with opportunities to purchase /buy in used vehicles through the service department, utilizing current customer retention tools.

Scope and Range.

To be up to date on constantly changing technology, Updating representatives on any major change in Toyota updates. To work along side Service and Sales personnel to ensure a positive customer experience.

Main Tasks and Duties.

To monitor the Service drive through in order to capture potential trade opportunities.

To assist sales personnel in the delivery/set up of all Toyota and Toyota Certified vehicles.

To follow up deliveries to ensure 100% customer satisfaction and to gain positive reviews.

Any additional duties as and when they occur.

Equipment

To utilize compute/mobile phone systems/programs to ensure a positive customer experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.35-$32.00 per hour

• sales: 1 year (preferred)
