Make an impact with our Administration team as an Administrative Assistant. This diverse team of professionals directly contributes to the success of the firm by supporting internal and external clients. As a trusted advisor, you’ll ensure the efficient and effective operation of our business.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate logistics and schedule internal/external meetings, seminars, workshops, events, appointments, including travel arrangements and other business activities; prepare agendas as necessary
- Create, maintain, update and input data into spreadsheets
- Review, evaluate and distribute correspondence for leaders
- Facilitate communication to/from regional agriculture leaders, ag executive and service line leaders
- Maintain work schedule and calendars of agriculture niche leaders and SL leaders
- Support multiple team members through calendar and email management, scheduling meetings, booking/arranging travel
- Record minutes at various meetings and distribute or archive them accordingly
- Maintain electronic and paper filing systems
- Assist with generating weekly internal agriculture niche newsletter
- Develop a thorough understanding of MNP's services, businesses and industry
- Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processes
- Attend internal MNP courses to further develop your knowledge
- Prepare and submit expense reports
- Provide support to National Marketing Manager to:
- ensure accessibility of marketing collateral to the niche
- assist with event registrations and travel for industry conferences
- Assist National Marketing Lead in coordination of market assessments
- Other administrative marketing tasks as assigned
- Format and edit business plans, reports and periodically client correspondence.
- Prepare and format PowerPoint presentations, Word documents, Excel Workbooks and other correspondence materials
- Assist in the creation of presentations
- Other Administrative duties as assigned
Skills and Experience
- Related post-secondary education in administration is an asset
- 2-years of related administrative experience
- Previous experience working in a professional services firm is an asset
- Strong client service focus in dealing with both internal and external clients
- Strong computer literacy including effective working skills of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams would be an asset
- Flexibility to work overtime when required
- Some travel may be required
- Ability to communicate (spoken and written) in both English and French is an asset
- Ability to work well under pressure, individually and as part of a team while balancing multiple demands
- Ability to work with multiple time zones
