Store Manager - Mr. Lube

Mr. Lube is Canada's leading quick oil change provider and we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Automotive Service Manager to join our team in Calgary, Alberta. As a key member of our management team, you will oversee the daily operations of our store, ensuring exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Mr. Lube shop, including scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
• Supervise and lead a team of automotive technicians, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering a positive work environment.
• Monitor and optimize shop performance, including sales targets, service efficiency, and profitability.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a management position within the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair processes.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: Up to $64,000.00 per year

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
