Job Brief:
This is an admin and customer service role
Supportive team, great working hours, relaxed environment
There is quite a bit of learning to do when your first start, as you must familiarize yourself with our product lines etc.
Responsibilities:
Admin: generating quotes, providing invoices, scheduling installations, following up on installations, showroom upkeep
Customer service: Answer phone calls, provide walk-ins with basic help and information if sales associate isn't present.
Skills Required:
Basic computer skills required
Experience with spreadsheets an asset
Good listening and communication skills
Window covering knowledge an asset
Interest/Experience in Interior design an asset
Interest/Experience in sales an asset
High school diploma
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
