Warehouse Associate / Materials Handler

Job Overview:

As a Warehouse Associate / Materials Handler at our Architecture, Engineering & Design firm, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency of our operations by overseeing the movement and storage of materials and equipment. You will ensure that all materials are properly handled, stored, and delivered to the designated locations within the firm's premises.

Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate inventory records, including tracking stock levels, conducting regular inventory counts, and replenishing supplies as needed.

Ensure that all materials are properly stored and organized in designated storage areas.

Fulfill internal requests for materials and equipment in a timely manner, ensuring that all orders are accurately picked, packed, and delivered to the requesting departments or individuals.

Prepare shipments for outgoing orders, including packaging items securely, completing shipping documentation, and coordinating with courier services for timely delivery.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalen.
• Basic computer skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $22.20-$25.40 per hour
