Omachron Science is a small family-owned company located in Hampton, Ontario Canada doing research and development company for the past 40 plus years.

We are looking to hire a full-time office and facilities cleaner who is diligent, easygoing, trustworthy, friendly, dependable, and preferably has previous office cleaning and/or janitorial experience.

While you will be primarily located at our Hampton facility, you may also be required to travel to our other facilities in Pontypool and Bobycaygeon when required.

The job is generally Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. The job includes benefits after 6 months of employment. The job includes around one paid week off between Christmas and New Years and a further 4 weeks per year paid holidays off after a year of employment.

JOB DUTIES

Responsible for all cleaning aspects inside the building, which includes but is not limited to:

- Mopping floors

- Vacuuming

- Cleaning kitchens

- Cleaning restrooms

- Cleaning/disinfecting doors, doorknobs etc.

- Emptying waste containers

- Cleaning desks, tables, cabinets, counters, phones, etc.

- Other general cleaning tasks

EXPERIENCE

- Prior experience in corporate cleaning preferred

- Ability to maintain high levels of cleanliness and attention to detail

- Knowledge of facilities maintenance is a plus

- Tact and discretion is a must

OTHER

You must have your own reliable transportation as there is no public transit in our area.

All cleaning supplies and PPE are provided by the employer.
