Are you looking for Reimbursement for your PSW Program? We are offering full-time opportunities for outstanding future Personal Support Workers to join our client care team in Huron/Perth County. We’ll reimburse the students tuition upon completion of the program with an agreement to work for us for 24 months post graduation.

ONE CARE is also offering paid student placements -- some exceptions may apply.

There is also availability for a 10,000 reimbursement incentive for PSW Graduates, who graduated after April 2023 with the signing of a 1 year contract* some exceptions apply.

We are offering full and part-time opportunities for outstanding Personal Support Workers to join our client care team in Seaforth and surrounding area.

What You Will Do:

Working closely with our clients residing in the Wingham area, you will be pivotal in providing compassionate care, services and individualized, flexible daily living supports. Using your knowledge and collaboration skills, you will also help them to develop practical, goal-driven plans that support their ability to live independently in their home.

You Have:

  • A spark to ignite the improvement in the lives of those in your community.
  • A passion for providing outstanding care services to clients and you have knowledge of practices for community care.
  • A clear Vulnerable Sector Check or are willing to get one.
  • Completed a formal, accredited PSW / caregiver training program and/or a combination of equivalent education and experience.
  • A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
  • Availability to work on days, evenings, and every other weekend.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
  • Ability to speak French is an asset.
