Warehouse Officer

Responsibilities:

· Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons

· Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish a presence.

· Inspect and secure windows, doors, and gates.

· Provide assistance to customers, employees, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.

· Prepare and submit reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.

· Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.

· Basic computer skills for reporting and communication.

· Physical fitness and the ability to stand or walk for extended periods.

· Previous experience in security or customer service is a plus but not required.

· Fluency in another language is an asset ( Punjabi or Hindi)

· Knowledge of loss prevention techniques.

Working Conditions:

· This position may involve standing and walking for extended periods.

· Shift work, including weekends and holidays, may be required.
