Your day-to-day responsibilities:
  • Manage the customer relationship, understand the related challenges and identify growth opportunities.
  • Exceed monthly sales targets based on customer needs
  • Identify sales opportunities and guide customers towards a solution
  • Manage and prioritize customer requests and manage expectations
  • Follow up regularly with all customers, ensuring that deliverables meet the highest quality standards, and that deadlines and budgets are respected.
  • Participate in all customer meetings (teleconference or face-to-face)
  • Coordinate all Web and marketing projects for your customers

Your skills:
  • Knowledge of marketing tools (email, customer loyalty)
  • Ability to handle several projects simultaneously
  • Problem-solving oriented and proactive
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Drive to achieve sales results
  • Bilingual (French and English), spoken and written
  • Bonus: Interest in motorsports (motorcycle, snowmobile, personal watercraft, ATV, etc.)
