Responsibilities
1. Responsible for ordering all materials for each project and then tracking invoices to insure the project is on or below budget.
2. Calling suppliers, subtrades and lead carpenters to coordinate timely delivery of product and services.
3. Prepare estimates for our new home construction or renovation projects based on project specifications & guidelines. Provide plan drawings, product support and order information to customers.
2. Read architectural drawings and window and door schedules to provide take-offs to prepare the estimate and final order. Follow-up on projects to ensure the timely and accurate delivery. Track quotes, extras and credits for ongoing projects. Send weekly to updates to clients. Understand contractual terms and conditions.
3. Meet with potential clients and co-ordinate with clients throughout building process.
4. Work with Parsons ICF team in the Bridgewater area to apply for permits in an orderly fashion and update trades when permits get issued.
Education & Experience
Must have 2 years of experience in project management.
Key Skills: Organization, attention to detail, scheduling, drafting, estimating, MS office.
Work environment
Project Coordinator works primarily from the office. All work completed in Bridgewater, and travel to sites is required. Travel will be compensated. Typical 8-hour shift.
