Carpenters and Carpenter Apprentices - Vancouver, British Columbia

We are seeking experienced Carpenters and Carpenter Apprentices for projects located in Vancouver, British Columbia.
Wages:

• Wages vary from $23.46 - $39.09/hr full time, plus Vacation and Statutory holiday pay.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Wood backing and various carpentry duties
• Having good knowledge of the construction, erection and installation of wood and engineered formwork systems for decks, columns and walls
• Complying with jurisdictional and company safety standards and policies
• Erecting and building scaffolding for access and concrete formwork decks
• Building hoardings and temporary shelters
• Completing task hazard assessments and maintaining a safe work environment
• Apprentices should have skills appropriate to their years in the trade
• Understanding and the ability to follow safe work procedures and work within a crew accordingly
