We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Dishwasher to join our kitchen team. Duties

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including floors, counters, and cooking surfaces.
• Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring all ingredients are ready for cooking.
• Properly handle food items according to health and safety regulations.
• Help maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to management.
• Ensure that all kitchen equipment is cleaned and stored properly after use.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow during peak service times.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies in the kitchen environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of food handling and sanitation practices is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong teamwork skills with a commitment to providing excellent hospitality service.
• Willingness to help others in the kitchen as needed.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items when necessary.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required by the restaurant's schedule.
