Job Posting for New Home Sales Representative at PMA Brethour Realty Group
PMA BRETHOUR REAL ESTATE INC is a knowledgeable and experienced firm specializing in new home sales and marketing. We are interviewing for Sales Agents for new home projects in the Ottawa area.
Duties involve carrying out the full sales process to completion, including dealing with general enquiries, follow-up, outreach, promoting the site, and building good relationships with buyers.
Candidates must be licensed by RECO and have experience in Residential Real Estate or New Home Sales, possess a professional approach and solid all-around sales and customer service abilities. May consider a candidate currently enrolled in the RECO Licensing program.
This is a full-time position.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and greet visitors to the sales site and provide a hospitable environment.
Generate New Home Sales
Prepare and review Purchase and Sale Agreements with purchasers
Attending and participating in Builder Client and Broker activities including sales meetings, training sessions, seminars, local Home Builder Association meeting, Sales and Marketing Committee meetings etc.
Complete project, product, price and specification reports as required on competitive sites to the project in the primary market area
Represent the Builder Client and the Brokerage in a professional manner
Conduct sales and marketing outreach. Respond to inbound inquiries.
Requirements
Must have experience in high-rise sales
Maintain a valid RECO License (or be enrolled in the RECO real estate program)
Knowledge of Microsoft Applications (Excel and Word)
Organizational strength
Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive, friendly attitude
