Provincial Wood Products/ Richelieu Hardware Inside Sales/Customer Service Agent - Newfoundland branch

The successful candidate will be responsible for order entry of faxed, emailed orders as well as in-person orders & inquires.

They will answer calls, and emails, related to these orders and provide the necessary follow-up.

Responsibilities

Under the direction of the Inside Sales Supervisor:

· Respond promptly and respectfully to customers inquiries.

· Answers calls

· Process orders made by e-mail, fax and phone & in person

· Ensure follow up on orders, as required

· Participate in training sessions on new products

· Any other related duties.

· Customer service

· Maintain a clean and organized environment

Requirements

· High School Diploma

· Efficient computer keyboarding skills

· Knowledge of Microsoft Office

· Experience in customer service

· Can work with minimal supervision

· Ability to absorb a lot of information quickly

· Team player

· Good organizational skills

· Experience in the Cabinet & Millwork or related industry is an asset

· Experience in Hardware distribution business is an asset

· English (spoken and written)

Pay: $15.60-$21.72 per hour

Experience:

• sales: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (preferred)
