A pool of partially will may be established and may be used through this process to staff within Public Services and Procurement Canada, (PSPC) Québec region similar or identical positions with various status such as (determinate, secondment, assignment, acting, indeterminate) with various linguistic and security profiles.

Education:
CR-04 : Successful completion of two years of secondary school or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
AS-01 : A secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
Degree equivalency
EX2: Experience with MS Office Suite programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
AS-01 :
EX3 : Experience in information research and analysis.
EX4 : Experience in applying administrative policies and procedures.
✨ Asset Qualifications for CR-04 and AS-01:
A-1 : Experience in the physical or virtual organization of archival documents (information management).
A-2: Experience as trainer or facilitator for workshop or training session.
A-3: Experience in corporate security or public organizations
A-4: Experience using a business or organizational financial management system.
Ex: SAP.
A-5: Experience in providing technological support services.
Ex: videoconferencing, workstations, etc.
A-6: Experience in coordinating administrative activities such as: meetings and trials verbal, travel arrangements, budget monitoring, correspondence, data entry, document review.
A-7: Work experience in a public administration such as federal, provincial, municipal or parapublic.
